    About reservation and use

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 3 p.m. ~ 6 p.m.
    *If you arrive at our facility later than 6 p.m., please inform us in advance.
    Check-out: ~ 11 a.m.
  • Is it possible to check in earlier and check out later than the designated time?
    It is not possible to check in early, but it is possible to park a car if you arrive here before 3 p.m.
    A late check-out (paid service) is possible depending on the reservation status, so please inform us when you arrive here.
  • Is it possible to bring my dogs?
    It is possible to stay at “Dog Base” and “Dog Suite Base” with your dogs.
    *Please refrain from bringing animals other than your dogs.
    *It can accommodate up to 2 dogs. (2 dogs per room)
    *There is no need to present vaccination proof, but please sign a document stating that your dogs have received rabies and combination vaccines within the past year when checking in.
  • Are there cancellation fees?
    The cancellation fees below will apply.
    30 days before: 50 % of the accommodation fee
    7 days before: 100 % of the accommodation fee
    No-show: 100 %
  • What are the payment methods?
    We accept cash, various credit cards and QR code payment.
  • Do you have a shuttle service?
    I’m afraid we do not have a shuttle service.
    *For guests arriving by bus from Yugawara station*
    Please go to the closest bus stop “Ochiaibashi,” and you will find an intercom at the bottom of a slope near the entrance to our facility. Please use it to call us, and we will come down with a shuttle cart to pick you up.
  • I would like to make a reservation for a celebration. Is there a plan for that?
    You can order a cake from options.
    It is a small present, but we will present a single flower from our facility.
    If you would like to make the most of it, please enter details such as the birthday in the notes section on the reservation page.

  • About our facility

  • What amenities do you have?
    Towel set (bath towel, hand towel and body scrub towel), shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, hand soap, skincare set, toothbrush, razor, cotton, hairbrush, pajamas, samue, and slippers.
  • Is it possible to have BBQs and meals even if it rains?
    Yes. There is a movable roof at the bonfire space.
  • Do you have an air conditioner and heater?
    Yes. Each room is equipped with them.
  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes. You can use free Wi-Fi at each building.
  • Is smoking allowed in a guest room?
    No. However, you can smoke outside. In a guest room, smoking including e-cigarettes is prohibited.
  • Is there a bathroom (toilet)?
    Yes. Each building has an individual bathroom (toilet).
  • Are there outlets?
    Yes. Each room is equipped with outlets you can freely use.
  • Do you have a microwave?
    It is not installed at each building, so if you would like to use it, please inform staff at the administration building.
  • Is it possible to bring a bonfire table and stove?
    I am afraid fire-causing devices are not allowed here for fire prevention. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Do you have condiments?
    We have salt, pepper, olive oil, Krazy Salt, and soy sauce.
    *Guests with the Sudomari plan can use these condiments.
  • What beverages do you have?
    We have one bottle of Kirin craft beer per person, Odawara lemon chuhai, orange juice and drinking water in the refrigerator in your room (all included in the fee). *The content may change.
    At the “Marche (market)” in front of the reception, you can enjoy draft beer, whisky, drinking water, and various soft drinks with no additional cost (available from check-in until 9 p.m.).
    Additionally, wine and sake are available until 6 p.m. except on Thursdays. (A list is provided in your room.)
  • Until what time are the drinks at the Marche available?
    They are available until 9 p.m.
    Please wait a while after drinking alcoholic beverages if you would like to enjoy onsen.
  • Do you have a menu for kids?
    Yes. We offer a hamburger menu that can be easily made with a bonfire for children from 3 to 11 years old.
    *Please note that this option is not available for the Sudomari plan.
  • Is it possible to use the Marche even if I choose the Sudomari plan?
    All of our guests can use the Marche!
    *Children can use them, too.
  • Do you provide clothes for a bonfire?
    Yes. We have clothes called “Samue” prepared to avoid getting dirty when setting up a bonfire.
    *M・L・LL・Kids size If you need a different size, please feel free to let our staff at the reception know.
  • Do you have amenities for dogs?
    Yes. We provide dishes, pee pads, disinfectant sprays, and towels.
    *Please bring meals for your dog by yourself.
    Moreover, you can find rental Yukata and a bathrobe for free at the Marche.
  • Is it possible for dogs to sleep on a bed?
    I am afraid pets are not allowed on the bed. We provide a crate for dogs, so please use it.
  • About meals

  • Where can I have a barbecue during a stay?
    There is a bonfire BBQ space installed for all guests with the plan with meals and the Sudomari plan.
  • Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages when having a BBQ?
    Please freely bring your ingredients and beverages.
    Please make the most of the refrigerator (with freezer) installed in each room.
  • Is it possible to accommodate allergies and ingredients I don’t like?
    We can adjust the menu and change ingredients according to allergies you have. Please inform us if you have allergies at least 3 days before your stay.
    *If you have allergies or specific ingredients you don’t like, we recommend the “Sudomari” plan, where you can bring your favorite ingredients.
  • If meals are included plan, what time are they served?
    Dinner: Food will be prepared in the refrigerator by check-in time.
    Breakfast: We will deliver the breakfast to the breakfast box located near the entrance of your room at your requested time.

    *Sea Bream Chazuke (Rice with Tea) will be delivered directly to your room.
    *During the summer, breakfastboxes are also delivered directly to your room due to the high temperature.
  • Others

  • Is it possible to do fireworks?
    I am afraid fireworks are prohibited here for a safety reason.
  • Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?
    “Super Uchida” (Business hours: 9 a.m. ~ 6 p.m. / Open all year round) is within walking distance.
    “Lawson Yugawaramiyakami Shop (Open all year round / 24 hours) is approximately a 2-min drive.
  • Is it possible for people using a wheelchair to stay at the facility?
    We apologize, but our facility does not have wheelchair-accessible rooms.
